Yongchang Industrial & Trading Co.,Ltd. Was founded
as a manufacturer of furniture in 1982. We began to make
camping chairs in May, 1993. We developed the whole range
of outdoor furniture, including camping chair, camping bed,
camping & picnic table, beach chairs, director chairs,
children chairs, promotional / advertising chairs and other
types of folding furniture in mid-1990s. In the beginning
of new millennium, hunting equipment (mainly tree stand
for hunting) was developed.
Due to the demands of our main customers, another factory
was founded to produce camping tent, hunting tent, shelter
( beach tent and fishing tent ), children tent, military
tent or other sewing-related products, located in Renjiu
in Wuxiang, suburb of Ningbo.
Thanks to the emphasis on quality and the pursuit to fair
play in our business practices, our products have been enjoying
good sales in all these years. In the business season of
2001, we had produced about 2,693,000pcs of furniture and
900,000pcs tents. 90% of these were exported to European
Union, United States and Australia. Now we are regular supplier
to some professional sporting products importers and some
chain stores, especially the supermarkets in the Europeӣ
The exporter specialized in camping, hunting, military
and police supplies
With the booming market since the late 1990s, we expanded
our business scope into almost all of camping products.
For instance, camping tent, sleeping bag, mat & mattress,
compass, pump, inflatable, etc. We soon step into the field
of non-arm military & police supplies as the nature
of these products are quite similar, and demanded by our
customers as well. For example, army cot, military tent,
individual equipment, uniform, military towel & blanket,
water bottle, duffle bag, belt and other webbing equipment.
We had also exported some emergency relief and refugee supplies.
In 1999, our Department of Export moved into the office
in downtown Ningbo.
